May’s Bestsellers (aka what you were loving last month)
I always say May is one of those funny months. It’s spring, but it’s flirting with summer, and you’re kind of prepping for everything all at once — teacher gifts, graduation dresses, what to wear to Memorial Day weekend parties, end-of-year school events, the start of camp... all while still layering because it’s randomly 57° in the morning.
So it’s no surprise that May’s top sellers were a total mix of cozy, cute, and ready-for-summer. Think: parkas and pool dresses. Here’s a breakdown of what you all were loving, wearing, and clicking on repeat last month — and honestly, same.
These were the heavy hitters:
AGOLDE Parker Long Shorts
Hands down, the MVP of May. I’ve been wearing these on repeat — they’re the perfect length (not too short, not too bermuda), and somehow manage to feel both easy and elevated. I always size up in Agolde for a relaxed fit.
Jenni Kayne Chloe Crewneck
This is one of those investment sweaters that you’ll thank yourself for later. It’s the kind of knit that makes even leggings and a claw clip look chic. I wore it with shorts, over dresses, on chilly beach nights, all of it.
La Ligne Faux Fur Coat
Yes, it’s faux fur. Yes, it’s May. But trust — this was on major sale and those of you who scooped it up are going to be VERY happy come September.
Dune Breeze Cotton Linen Lily Dress
A perfect spring-summer transition dress. Flattering, easy, and feels way more expensive than it is. This was a hit for showers, luncheons, and easy weekend dressing.
What you wanted for workouts and errands:
ALO Yoga High-Rise Leggings
These are my go-to for mornings when I’m trying to look like I have it together. Great fabric, holds you in without suffocating you. You get it.
Varley Esmond Short 3 + Varley Davidson Sweatshirt – Wild Rhubarb
This Varley set was a star this month. The color! The comfort! You all loved it and so did I — it’s giving pulled-together mom at drop-off (but secretly cozy and lazy at heart).
The pieces that feel extra but make the outfit:
Dorsey Clemence Necklace
If I had a dollar for every DM I got about this necklace… It's stunning in person and dresses up even a plain tank. You loved it. I loved it. We all win.
Zimmermann Wylie Off-Shoulder Midi Dress
This was a total wishlist item and some of you splurged — and I fully support that decision. It’s the kind of dress you’ll keep in your closet for years.
La DoubleJ Martini Dress
The name alone is enough. It’s one of those feel-good, party-ready, compliment-magnet dresses. If you grabbed it for summer events, I hope you're already wearing it on repeat.
Vacation + Pool Vibes:
Tuckernuck Maryse Caftan
Chic, breezy, and perfect for that throw-it-on-and-still-look-good moment. Everyone needs a dress like this for beach dinners or just pretending you’re in Capri.
Juliet Dunn Printed Cotton Beach Dress
Another vacation favorite — lightweight and SO easy. It’s giving “bought it for the beach, ended up wearing it all day every day.”
Personalized Straw Moroccan Bag
You all LOVED this one — and so did I. It’s a fun twist on the beach tote that feels personal and actually fits all your stuff.
Valentino Sporty Espadrille Sandals
These sold like crazy. They’re comfy, elevate a look, and somehow work with dresses and denim cutoffs. If you want a splurge-worthy summer shoe, this is it.
J.Crew Colbie Wide-Strap Sandals
These were the under-$100 hero. Classic, comfy, and look more expensive than they are. Add to cart before they sell out again.
Everyday Uniforms + Transitional Favorites:
Sézane Hugo Parka
The answer to every “it’s raining but I don’t want to wear an ugly jacket” dilemma. This was one of the most-shared pieces last month — and no surprise.
Natalie Martin Fiore Maxi
Light, flowy, flattering — and the kind of dress you can dress up or down. This one was a reader favorite for graduations and early summer dinners.
Harietta Quilted Cream Jacket
Red, white, and chic all over. This jacket is the perfect nod to Americana without screaming it. You all loved it for early summer layering and travel.
Jenni Kayne Harper Dress – Warm Ivory
This one’s just good. I wore it for meetings, date nights, and even to a shower. You can belt it, layer it, or just throw on and go.
ASHA Sky Kingsley Dress
I wore this for an event and the comments came flying in. It’s structured but soft, preppy but modern, and easy to throw on with a sandal or heel.
Hill House Cosima Nap Dress – Pomegranate Stripe
IYKYK. The Nap Dress isn’t going anywhere, and this stripe feels fresh for summer. This one flew last month.
STYLEST Square Neck Tank – Navy
This is the kind of elevated basic that holds everything in and makes you feel a little sculpted — perfect under jackets or worn alone.
Honestly, it was a really good month for fashion. Whether you’re investing in staples, prepping for summer, or just adding a fun piece to spark joy (girl math says it’s worth it), there was something for everyone.
